Yunru (Claire) Huang joined Roche/Genentech Real World Data Science group in 2020 as a senior data scientist. During this time, Claire led and designed machine learning algorithms to predict patient outcomes using the clinico-genomic database. Claire also supported multiple programs, including breast cancer, tumor agnostic, and IgA nephropathy. Prior to Roche, she had worked at the 23andMe Research team for over three years as a Biostatistician.
Claire holds a Ph.D. in Epidemiology, an MS in Statistics from the University of California, Davis, and a medical degree from Xiangya School of Medicine (Hunan Medical School) in China.
