Catherine (Catie) Wiener, M.S., is a second-year Epidemiology PhD student at the Gillings School of Public Health at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC). She is a cyclical student: post-baccalaureate she worked for three years at Quintiles (IQVIA) as a statistical programmer, obtained her Masters in Biostatistics, then worked an additional three years as a statistician at Target RWE/NoviSci before commencing with her doctoral program. Catie is a current predoctoral fellow with the Center for Pharmacoepidemiology at UNC, and continues to work with Target RWE as a research fellow.
