Kyle Johnson is currently a PhD candidate in the Department of Epidemiology, Biostatistics, and Occupational Health at McGill University in Montreal. He received his Master's degree in Community Health and Epidemiology from Dalhousie University. His primary interests are the pharmacoepidemiology and epidemiology of hypertension and dementia and the link between cardiovascular conditions and brain health. He is also interested in bringing a causal inference perspective to the discovery and/or repurposing of effective treatments for Alzheimer's disease, and the challenges involved in the post-markting survaillance of recently approved treatments for Alzheimer's disease.
