Qing Liu, MD, of Karolinska Institutet, has consistently demonstrated her expertise in cancer- and pharmaco-epidemiology through register-based studies. She addressed clinical issues and estimated the association between chemoprevention and colorectal cancer risks by meticulous epidemiological and translational approaches. Her research interests include, in addition to proton pump inhibitor use, other commonly prescribed drugs such as Helicobacter pylori eradication therapy and menopausal hormonal therapy.
