Alvi Rahman is a PhD candidate in Epidemiology at the Department of Epidemiology, Biostatistics and Occupational Health at McGill University in Montreal, Canada. Under the supervision of Dr. Christel Renoux and Dr. Robert Platt, his work specializes pharmacoepidemiology, with a particular focus on the safety of anticoagulants, psychiatric, and pain medications. Previously, he has completed an MSc in Epidemiology at the University of Ottawa in Ottawa, Canada, with experience in rare metabolic disease research.
