I am Mr. Saroj Kundan Bharti, a dedicated PhD scholar at NIPER in Mohali, India. I am currently pursuing my doctoral degree in the field of pharmaceutical sciences, with a specialization in Pharmacy practice. My research focuses on pharmacoepidemiology, systematic literature review, patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs) development, and economic evaluation in the realm of neurological disorders.
Throughout my academic journey, I have cultivated a strong foundation in pharmaceutical knowledge, driven by my passion for advancing the field. By employing innovative methodologies and analytical techniques, I aim to explore the intricate relationships between drug utilization, patient outcomes, and economic considerations in this complex therapeutic area.
My work in pharmacoepidemiology involves analyzing large-scale healthcare databases to evaluate the safety, effectiveness, and patterns of medication use. By examining real-world data, I seek to identify potential risk factors, optimize treatment strategies, and enhance patient care. Additionally, I specialize in conducting systematic literature reviews, synthesizing existing evidence to generate comprehensive summaries that inform evidence-based practice and guide future research directions.
Another aspect of my research involves developing PROMs specific to neurological disorders. By engaging patients as active participants in their healthcare, I aim to capture their perspectives on treatment outcomes, symptom burden, and quality of life. These PROMs can assist clinicians and researchers in evaluating the impact of interventions, tailoring therapies to individual needs, and promoting patient-centered care.
Furthermore, I am actively involved in economic evaluations of pharmaceutical interventions. This research can aid decision-makers in optimizing resource allocation, facilitating access to effective therapies, and improving healthcare policies.
I am eager to collaborate with fellow researchers, clinicians, and industry professionals to exchange knowledge and foster innovation. I believe that by combining our expertise and working towards common goals, we can make significant strides in improving patient outcomes and ultimately shaping the future of healthcare.
