Mr Niba graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Microbiology (Minor Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology) from the University of Buea, Cameroon in 2010. He also obtained a specialised Master of Science Degree in Infection Biology in 2014 from the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute, an associated Institute of the University of Basel, Switzerland. He is Assistant Programme Coordinator and Head of the Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences, Holy Infant University Institute of Health Sciences, Melen, Yaounde, Cameroon since October 2020. He is currently enrolled as a MARCAD PhD student at the Department of Biochemistry, Faculty of Science, University of Yaounde I, Yaounde, Cameroon. He has supervised over 20 undergraduate students, co-authored 8 articles published in renowned journals, and 10 abstracts presented at international conferences.
