Henrik Støvring, DMSc, PhD, MSc, senior researcher in pharmacoepidemiology at University of Southern Denmark and Steno Diabetes Center, Aarhus. My research interests in pharmacoepidemiology focus on methodological problems with using dispensing data for studying drug utilization and effects of drug use. My main contribution has been the development of the parametric Waiting Time Distribution to estimate duration of treatment after a dispensing (prescription duration).
