Julia Elena Tubert is a biostatistician at the Department of Research and Evaluation at Kaiser Permanente Southern California, where her current work focuses primarily on vaccine effectiveness and infectious disease outcomes. She earned her Masters of Public Health in Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the University of California, Berkeley, and has prior research experience in the areas of HIV prevention, alcohol and substance use, and mental health.
