Samir Barghout is a postdoctoral fellow at Princess Margaret Cancer Center, University Health Network (UHN), Toronto, Canada. He holds a BSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences and a graduate certificate in Pharmacology from the Faculty of Pharmacy, Tanta University, Egypt, an MSc in Medical Science from the University of Alberta, and a Ph.D. in Cancer Therapeutics from the University of Toronto. He has three-year postdoctoral research experience in cancer therapeutics at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre and the Structural Genomics Consortium (SGC), Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto. He is broadly interested in translational and clinical pharmacology with a focus on targeted cancer therapy, epigenetic therapy, emerging cancer therapeutics, precision oncology, and pharmacoepidemiology.
