Catherine A Panozzo, PhD, MPH. I am a Director and Lead Epidemiologist of the RSV vaccine clinical development program at Moderna. I am an epidemiologist with approximately 15 years of vaccine & infectious disease research and public health practice experience. I’ve worked across a variety of different business sectors, including my current position in biotech (Moderna), as well as past positions as a faculty member in academia (Harvard Medical School/Department of Population Medicine) vaccine safety pharmacoepidemiologist in pharmaceuticals (Sanofi Pasteur), and infectious disease surveillance epidemiologist in federal government (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention). I was on the ISPE Vaccine SIG Board from 2018-2021, seving as Chair in 2020-2021, and additionally led the ICPE Pre-Conference Vaccine Epidemiology Course from 2019-2022.
