Elena Beyzarov, PharmD, is currently a safety risk lead in oncology at Pfizer, where she has worked for 10 years in the area of pharmacovigilance, providing safety/benefit-risk evaluations for multiple products. Elena’s previous experience encompassed medical publishing/communications, as well as clinical pharmacy and teaching. She has authored numerous clinical articles and peer-reviewed manuscripts, as well as co-authored a pharmacology textbook. As a hospital clinical pharmacist, Elena provided medical staff education, drug utilization reviews, clinical interventions, and hospital accreditation required safety reviews.
