Mengying Li, PhD, MSPH is a Senior Consultant Epidemiologist in the Epidemiology and Drug Safety team at IQVIA, where she leads the design and implementation of epidemiology, pharmacoepidemiology, and drug safety studies. Dr. Li has more than 10 years of experience in epidemiologic research using real-world data sources, including electronic medical records, claims, surveys, and secondary databases, and she has published 40 peer-review articles. Her current research portfolio covers drug safety during pregnancies and the effectiveness and safety of oncology drugs. Before joining IQVIA, she served as a Staff Scientist at the National Cancer Institution, where she managed large scale oncology studies. Dr. Li received her PhD degrees in Population, Family and Reproductive Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development.
