PhD Candidate
Department of Pharmacy Practice and Science, University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy, Lexington, KY, United States
I am currently PhD Candidate at the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy within the Pharmaceutical Outcomes and Policy track. My current research interests include drug utilization measures and outcomes relating public health services, including contraception, as well as pharmacoepidemiology and methodology of the opioid epidemic. I am currently seeking to learn new, innovative statistical techniques and study designs that can be used to answer unique health-policy questions. Current research includes using segmented regression analysis for modeling of an interrupted time series design to describe the changes in contraception use measures brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic and assessing for contraceptive use disparities among the Kentucky Medicaid population.
