Matthew Reynolds, PhD, FISPE is Vice President of Scientific Engagement at Flatiron Health. He's an epidemiologist that has now over 24 years of experience in pharmaceutical real world research. At Flatiron, he provides senior scientific direction and oversight for the Flatiron scientific services team as well as providing epidemiological expertise across the company as part of the leadership team. Prior to Flatiron, Dr. Reynolds spent 4.5 years as Vice President of Scientific Affairs at IQVIA primarily working under the Chief Scientific Officer with a focus on innovative real world solutions such as pragmatic trials, leveraging combinations of prospective and retrospective data, external comparators, and a LOT of time on COVID in 2020-2022. Prior to that he worked for 16.5 years leading the Epidemiology and Data Analytics division at Evidera/United BioSource Corporation and sitting on their Executive Leadership team. He also spent the beginning of his career working direction for Searle Pharmaceuticals/Pharmacia and AstraZeneca.
