I am an ophthalmologist from Taiwan, specializing in the treatment of eye diseases. I obtained my medical degree from the Medicine department at National Cheng Kung University in Tainan, Taiwan. Following that, I completed my residency training in the field of Ophthalmology at National Cheng Kung University Hospital. In 2017, I successfully completed my PhD program.
My primary research interest lies in the pharmacoepidemiology of intravitreal anti-VEGFs for the treatment of macular diseases. Specifically, I focus on studying the effectiveness and safety of medications such as ranibizumab, aflibercept, and faricimab in treating these conditions. Additionally, I have a keen interest in other subjects within the field of ophthalmology, including cataract surgery, neuro-ophthalmology diseases, and maculopathy.
By combining my clinical expertise with my research pursuits, I strive to contribute to advancements in the field of ophthalmology and improve patient outcomes.
