Lecturer and Pharmacovigilance Consultant

I am a Pharmacist and Pharmacovigilance Consultant with over 17 years of practice experience in hospital, community, regulatory and academic settings.
I hold a bachelor of Pharmacy degree, a Masters in Clinical Research degree and a PhD degree in Pharmacy with specialization in Pharmacovigilance.
Currently, I am a lecturer at the department of Pharmacy Practice , University of Health and Allied Sciences in Ghana. I teach and research in the following courses: Pathophysiology and Therapeutics, Pharmacovigilance, Pharmacoepidemiology, Clinical Pharmacokinetics, Therapeutic Drug Monitoring, Evidence-based Medicine and Pharmaceutical Care.
I am a patient advocate and always ensure patients receive affordable, safe and efficacious medicines. I have several publications in pharmacovigilance, particularly in vaccine safety in peer-reviewed journals. I have also attended several international conference where I have presented findings of my studies to the international community.
